Traveling To Hawaii

Share

During February I traveled to Hawaii to meet my boyfriend (whom is currently and temporarily living in Japan) for our 6 year anniversary!

The trip was super short, only 4 days, but amazing! I will be sharing photos and a vlog from the trip and a little info of where we went to that I recommend, the hotels we stayed in, and I hope you like it ! Maybe it will help get you over there too!

The first two days we stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, we LOVED it! It kind of reminded me of a club med type resort as in it had its own restaurants, shopping areas, tons of pools, live entertainment, yoga, and so much more! My favorite is the fireworks show they have every Friday night! Check out  just how affordable they are if you book through Expedia! Plus, see more on the Vlog video at the end of this post!

This two piece set that I wore Friday night for dinner and to watch the fireworks is from H&M! Could not find it online for you though! 🙁

The first day we went to explore Honolulu, we visited the Kaena Point in West Oahu, Hawaii, as well as climbed up to the Kaena Cave which was not planned so we did so wearing flip-flops! (So. Many. Blisters.!) I’d say a huge tip is to always carry a pair of sneakers and socks with you when exploring Hawaii along with your flip-flops! Kaena Point Oaho HawaiiKaena Point Oaho HawaiiKaena Point Cave Oaho HawaiiKaena Point Cave Oaho Hawaii Kaena Point Oaho Hawaii Kaena Point Cave Oaho Hawaii

We also checked out the best view to see most of the Honolulu Island, Hawaii at the Tantalus Viewpoint

The Second hotel we stayed in was in Kauai!

We decided to see two Hawaiian islands instead of just one! We flew with Hawaiian Airlines, just a quick 40 minutes flight! We booked our one night at The Kauai Inn , it is AMAZINGLY located, beautiful mountain views, and wicked affordable! Check out the prices on Expedia! While we were at Kauai, we explored the islands jungle! Literally, we felt like we were in Jurassic Park, which is actually where they filmed most of that movie! We went to Queens Bath, which is in the Makapuu Tide Pools. The hide to get down to the pools is breathtaking, I felt like Mowgli from the Jungle book movie!

After that hide and exploring the Island, we went back to the hotel to relax, enjoy each other’s company, and got ready to fly back to Honolulu for one last night! Our last 24 hours was spent in the magical Paradise Bay Resort , check for booking on Expedia. We got a room with a private porch, and even gifts from the hotel for our anniversary. The only thing we did that day was go our to dinner after spending time together the whole day! Paradise Bay Resort, HawaiiParadise Bay Resort, HawaiiParadise Bay Resort, HawaiiParadise Bay Resort, HawaiiParadise Bay Resort, HawaiiParadise Bay Resort, HawaiiParadise Bay Resort, HawaiiParadise Bay Resort, HawaiiParadise Bay Resort, HawaiiThis cover up is from Zaful , shop it here!
