3 Athleta Eco+Fair Trade Looks

Share

Wouldn’t you want to wear clothing that not only feels soft and comfortable, but also does the world we live in some good? Athleta has managed to bring the two worlds of beautifully crafted clothing and sustainable fashion together into an amazing athleisure line known as EARTHWISE. I have partnered up with Athleta to bring to you 3 awesome summer-time looks which are all made from either recycled polyester and/or are made with fair-trade conditions!

Look 1 for the sporty, yet chic, on-the-go girl!Libby Vilner + Athleta Recycled Line

Top: From the Breezy Collection: The Breezy Tank Print in Navy Beach Comber

Made from a premium Modal® blend to be super-soft, this breezy top is my go-to for days when I’m constantly on the go. Plus, there are so many prints, colors and designs! I would rock this outfit while on an adventure or even  as my day-to-day look!

  • SUSTAINABLE FASHION: Made from Lenzing Modal, a fiber that is produced from European Beechwood Trees, harvested from sustainable forests. It’s so unbelievably soft, it will surprise you that it’s made from wood.Libby Vilner + Athleta Recycled LineLibby Vilner + Athleta Recycled Line

Bottom: Midtown Ankle Pant

I absolutely love these pants! I have them in two colors, black and navy blue! They are super comfy and light weight, and go well with every top! They are made from  Featherweight Stretch™ fabric and a tapered leg with reflective trim on the inside cuff which I love to flip-up for an extra edge!

  • SUSTAINABLE FASHION: Made from Recycled Poly. Supremely sleek fabric made from post-consumer plastic bottles lessens our impact on the world.

Look 2 for the classy-yet-comfy girl on the go!Libby Vilner + Athleta Recycled Line

Top: Criss Cross Sweatshirt

I love this sweater because it is SO FREAKIN SOFT! Seriously. I’m a tad obsessed! I also love it because it’s subtly unique with it’s criss cross front. They also come in a few different colors!

Bottom: Chelsea Cargo Skort

I personally have a bit of a hard time wearing dresses and skirts during those extra muggy, extra humid, wicked hot days, because, well… thick thighs! That’s why I love this super-lightweight, high-performance skort (which I also have in gray!). I love that it has enough pockets for all of my essentials — my cell, chapstick, and all my cards!

Look 3 for the beachy, cute girl out in town or on the run!Libby Vilner + Athleta Recycled Line

Dress: Stellar Shirt Dress

This dress comes in two different colors and is so soft! I love that you can tie in the waist to showcase those curves! Not only is it a comfy dress, but it’s got pockets! YASS! You can rock this look with sleeves down on a cool summer night, or rolled up during that summer BBQ! And to top all of this off, it is rated UPF 25+ so it has good sun protection. It’s also a breathable material so sweat can travel through the fabric and evaporate on the surface!

  • SUSTAINABLE FASHION: TENCEL® INDIGO. Gorgeous indigo-dying process uses less water, less energy, and less chemicals than standard dying to create less of an impact on the environment. Libby Vilner + Athleta Recycled Line
